We cook mussels in three variations, and from today, but only at Lambic on Strastnoy we cook them in five! Among the unchanged and popular ones we have Roquefort mussels in cream sauce with blue cheese, in tomato sauce and baked with cheese. And the new ones that you can try only in Lambic on Strastnoy are mussels Bearnaise in cream sauce with leeks, Bisque in tomato-fish sauce, and the main novelty from Strastnoy - Vongole Beurre Blance in white wine sauce. We bring mussels at choice of 500 gr or 1 kg and always with a baguette and french fries.
