Traditionally, every six months we do a big update of the main menu! This fall is no exception. Let’s start getting acquainted with the novelties of the most popular section: beer appetizers. Parmesan popcorn has been replaced by slices of brie cheese fried in crispy breading, served with cherry chili sauce. To the long-standing hit — lamb chebureks — we added another variant of shrimp stuffing served with ginger sauce. After a long break you can order yam fries again. The appetizers and salads sections were enriched with 6 new items at once! Olivier is now prepared in an updated serving with grilled quail and nori chips. The hit of last summer — salad with salty Imereti cheese, tarragon and crispy ciabatta croutons — is back on the menu. Instead of tuna tartare we now cook carpaccio of smoked tuna with tonnato sauce. Chicken pate and hand rolls moved from the summer menu 2023 to the main menu, which can now be ordered in one of three variants — with scallop, tuna or salmon. The absolute novelty is julienne of scallops with mushrooms baked in puff pastry. 5 new dishes have been added to the main menu sections. Instead of a double cheeseburger, try a burger with beef steak, camembert cheese and mushrooms in cream sauce. For the first time in a long time, we’ll be making pasta — this time Italian orzo in a creamy lemon sauce with scallops, broccoli and parmesan. We recommend trying the Asian-style quail fillet with oyster mushrooms and bok choy cabbage. Also now on the menu is a large beef rib, stewed for hours in demiglace sauce and a whole grilled Mediterranean dorado with Thai-style vegetables. For dessert, we recommend trying the banana pear tart with chocolate covered strawberries, which our whole team is crazy about.

Gastronomic dinner with Cornelissen brewery at Lambic on Pushkinskaya! On Sunday, July 16 at Brasserie Lambic on Strastnoy Boulevard 7c1 there will be a gastronomic dinner together with Cornelissen Brewery. As always, our brand-chef will prepare 6 servings of dishes, and the brewery’s export director will present 6 varieties from the brewery and talk about each one in detail! Dinner Speaker: Mike Wildemeersch In the beer business since 1999. Since 2015, he has been the export director of Cornelissen. Born and lives in Bruges, Belgium. Mike’s father was a beer wholesaler and his grandmother had a large restaurant and bar with 400 seats in Bruges. He is knighted a Belgian Brewer’s Paddle for his many years of promoting Belgian beer. Especially for the new seasonal menu the chefs of Brasserie Lambic and Lambic Seafood have united and created 9 dishes. Lambic Seafood is our new seafood gastrobar in Maly Gnezdnikovsky Lane, near Pushkinskaya metro. The menu consists exclusively of fish and seafood dishes and the Far East delicacies such as oysters, scallops and sea urchins are a hit. One half of the menu features meat and poultry dishes from the Brasserie Lambic team: — Duck breast with Kenyan beans, eggplant mousse and perigue sauce. — Filet mignon with baked yams and morels. — Gedza with lamb and meat sauce Zhu. — Chicken pâté with pistachio, spiced pear and ciabatta. And the other half of the menu features dishes designed by Chef Lambic Seafood in the style of his restaurant: — Hand rolls with tuna with truffle sauce and tobiko caviar. — Halibut in green curry with broccoli puree, green peas and edamame beans. — Grilled scallops with poultitime paste, cauliflower mousse and cream sauce with foie gras. — Halibut and avocado gazpacho. Spring is the time of the traditional renewal of the main menu in our restaurants. This time we decided to add hits from past specials to the menu, which our guests most requested to cook again. From the autumn Mexican menu, a quesadilla with chicken was added to the main menu, to which a second option was added — with a beef brisket. From the Russian Seasons menu, which we have been preparing all last winter, we took bruschetta with sprat and herring, and from the 2021 menu with different types of Belgian waffles — zucchini, with wasabi shrimp, guacamole and lettuce. Currywurst — the famous Berlin street food — grilled chicken sausage in tomato curry with french fries, cheese sauce and pickled cucumber. This dish was the sole leader on the Oktoberfest menu. The latest novelty was baked eggplant with suluguni, tomatoes and hummus, which replaced baked ramiro peppers in tonnato sauce. In addition, updates have received a few more dishes. Octopus salad is now cooked with marinated artichokes, and the classic English fish & chips has become much larger, now served with tartar sauce and moved to the main dishes section.
