We love the taste
On February 14, Brasserie Lambic is going to pamper lovers with sweets. The neat boxes of handmade chocolates decorated with a silver ribbon, Lambic logo and the phrase "Taste our love" will be given to all couples on Valentine's Day after 6 p.m.
Huge beer list, mussels in various sauces, a big choice of wine and snacks, grilled dishes and desserts - any program of the holiday dinner at Lambic is possible. And sweets will be a nice addition to a wonderful evening.
The action takes place in all the restaurants of the chain, except for the establishments on Bolshaya Ordynka and Neverovskaya Street. Treat yourself to candy will be in the new Brasserie Lambic in "Taganskaya" and "Arbatskaya.

Salzkammergut is a historical region in Austria, east of Salzburg. It is a lake-rich mountainous region in the valley of the Traun River. On April 17 at 19.30 at Brasserie Lambic on Strastnoy Boulevard there will be a long-awaited gastronomic dinner where Eggenberg owner Karl Störch will personally tell the history of the brewery and present 5 main varieties. Lenten menu at Lambic
We at Lambic are attentive to what is important for our guests, so for Lent we have prepared a special menu with a variety of colorful dishes. To start we offer crispy bruschetta with artichokes, vegetable spring rolls and falafel salad, and as a hot appetizer we serve baked eggplants with tofu cream. For the first course there is mushroom ramen, and the main course is presented with cauliflower steak with quinoa and hearty BBQ shawarma with falafel. We will not leave without dessert — we bake banana pai with lemon sorbet. Be inspired, grow spiritually and do not sacrifice taste — we are waiting for the Lenten menu until the beginning of May!
