Chanterelle Season
The long-awaited chanterelle season at Lambic!
We’ve selected three dishes from our main menu that we’re now preparing with chanterelles:
- — Potatoes with chanterelles, feta cream, and herbs
- — Smoked roast beef from the picanya cut with chanterelles, capers, arugula, and Parmesan
- — Fettuccine with brisket, chanterelles, and Parmesan in a sweet pepper sauce
We simmer the chanterelles in garlic oil with white wine and parsley. The oil brings out their fruity aroma, while the wine adds a refined touch of acidity.
And as a new addition, we’ve prepared delicate zucchini waffles with chanterelles and truffle cream just for you!

In partnership with the Moscow Summer Festival, we’ve set up a food stand across from the Sergei Yesenin monument on Tverskoy Boulevard, where we’ll be grilling burgers, hot dogs, and our famous Belgian potato waffles on an open grill through August 3. Come enjoy the summer with Lambic!
