Gastronomic dinner together with the Crimean brewery «Yakor»
We continue the tradition of gastronomic dinners at Lambic, within which for many years we have been introducing guests to interesting breweries and their product in combination with a special menu from our chefs.
This time, on December 14, the young Crimean brewery "Anchor" will present 5 unique varieties of grape ales created using patented technology with the addition of various varieties of Crimean grapes. Grape ales «Anchor» are produced in small batches of no more than 2,500 bottles of each in a season. During the dinner, Ilya Zashchuk, co-founder of the brewery, will talk about the history of the brewery, about the intricacies of the production of ales and other varieties of the brand.
Specially for these unique varieties, Lambic brand chef Evgeny Goncharov came up with 5 dishes that are ideal for everyone.
Dinner Menu:
- Persimmon crab on spicy brioche avocado mousse with wasabi.
Chardonnay Bru anchor. - Beef tartare with porcini mushrooms, blackberries and buckwheat chips.
Aligote Anchor. - Mussels stuffed with rice and truffle mousse.
Anchor Rosé. - Leg of lamb with creamy demi-glace and feijoa chutney.
Cabernet Sauvignon anchor. - Belgian chocolate with smoked persimmon, feijoa and mint oil.
Anchor Strong Grape Ale.
Dinner will take place on Tuesday, December 14th at Lambic Strastnoy Boulevard, next to Pushkinskaya metro station, as always in a friendly friendly atmosphere. Gathering of guests at 19:00, dinner starts at 20:00.

The result is a dark beer with a subtle pink hue in the foam and an aroma combining chocolate, cherry, and oak.
