We’ve selected three dishes from our main menu that we’re now preparing with chanterelles: — Potatoes with chanterelles, feta cream, and herbs — Smoked roast beef from the picanya cut with chanterelles, capers, arugula, and Parmesan — Fettuccine with brisket, chanterelles, and Parmesan in a sweet pepper sauce We simmer the chanterelles in garlic oil with white wine and parsley. The oil brings out their fruity aroma, while the wine adds a refined touch of acidity. And as a new addition, we’ve prepared delicate zucchini waffles with chanterelles and truffle cream just for you!
